These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZP Battle Zone platform, including our website, mobile experience, and all tournaments and services offered. Please read them carefully before creating an account or participating in any tournament.
By creating an account or using any feature on ZP Battle Zone ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, deposit funds, enter paid tournaments, or withdraw winnings. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment methods associated with your account. One account per person is permitted; operating multiple accounts is a bannable offence.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. ZP Battle Zone is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
All tournament participants must adhere to the Fair Play guidelines available at /user/guidelines. Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament slot is confirmed, except where a tournament is cancelled by ZP Battle Zone. Results are determined by admin verification of submitted screenshots. Any dispute must be raised within 24 hours of result announcement via in-app support.
Coins purchased on the Platform are non-refundable and have no cash value outside the Platform except through our official withdrawal system. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum balance of 100 coins and a 24-hour cooldown between requests. ZP Battle Zone reserves the right to withhold payouts pending verification of fair play compliance. Prize coins are credited to your wallet after match verification; withdrawal is subject to standard processing times.
ZP Battle Zone displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) Advertisements displayed on the Platform are served by third-party ad networks, including Google LLC, and are not endorsed by ZP Battle Zone unless explicitly stated. (2) Third-party advertising partners may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Platform and other websites to serve you personalized advertisements. (3) You may opt out of personalized advertising through your Google Account settings or by visiting www.aboutads.info. (4) ZP Battle Zone is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements or the websites they link to. (5) Clicking on advertisements is entirely voluntary. ZP Battle Zone is not liable for any transactions or interactions that occur between you and advertisers.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of any balance: (1) use of hacks, cheats, mods, or exploits in any match; (2) colluding with opponents to manipulate results; (3) creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages; (4) attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with Platform systems; (5) harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward other players or staff; (6) fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks; (7) using ad-blocking software to circumvent revenue-generating advertisements where prohibited.
All content on ZP Battle Zone — including logos, graphics, text, and code — is owned by or licensed to ZP Battle Zone. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Free Fire is a trademark of Garena International; ZP Battle Zone is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garena.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ZP Battle Zone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of earnings, data, or winnings due to technical failures beyond our control. We are also not liable for any damages arising from your interaction with advertisements displayed on the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending legitimate winnings at the time of termination for policy violations are forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
